What is Fanpass?
Fanpass is a global marketplace designed to offer fans a secure, transparent, and reliable platform for buying and selling tickets to sports and music events. It enables ticket holders who can no longer attend to recover part of their costs while giving other fans the opportunity to purchase tickets even after the original sale period has ended.
How does Fanpass ensure the safety of my personal information?
At Fanpass, safeguarding your personal information is our top priority. We comply fully with privacy obligations, no matter where your data is collected, processed, or stored. To guarantee secure interactions, we have implemented robust security measures across our platform.
What currency do we use?
Tickets are listed in the seller's currency. If you'd like to see prices in a different currency, use the "Select Currency" option at the bottom of the website. Please note that currency conversion provides only an estimated price, and your bank may charge additional fees for currency exchange—something beyond our control.
Can't log into my Fanpass account?
- Did you sign up with Fanpass using Apple or Facebook? If so, use those login credentials.
- Double-check that your email address is entered correctly.
- Confirm that you're using the correct email and password combination.
- Clear your web browser's cookies and cache.
- Open a different browser and attempt to log in again.
How do I change my information on my account?
Go to your user account and click the "Account" tab.
Once in it, click on the “Personal information". You will then have the option to change your personal information.
At the end of the process, you will be prompted to save your new information.
Important : Your personal information must be exactly correct.
How do I reset my password?
Go to your user account and click the "Account" tab.
Once in it, click on the tab "settings. You will then have the option to change your password.
For this, you need to enter the old password and save the new at the end of the process.
How to delete my account?
Go to your user account and click the "Account" tab.
Once in it, click on the tab "settings. You will then have the option to delete your account.
Please note that this action is irreversible. You also cannot delete your account if you have sales pending to provide.
What are the cancellation policy?
It is not possible to cancel, change, or exchange a purchase once it has been completed. All orders are final. If you are unable to use the tickets you purchased, you can list them for resale on our platform, Fanpass, giving someone else the chance to attend the event.
Please note that in certain cases, resale may not be available for specific events, as they might be restricted to verified members of the platform.
When will I receive my tickets?
Delivery of the tickets depends on your tickets types. In some cases, tickets are only available on event day to be delivered by the seller.
You are able to see your orders progress via your ‘Orders’ tab

How to track my order?
Go to your user account and click on the "Orders" tab.
Once in it, click on the tab "Upcoming. You will then have access to all your pending purchases. From here, you will be able to see your orders progress.

Wrong ticket received?
If you believe you have received tickets that is not matching your order, please contact us immediately by email.
Ticket information is provided to us by the Sellers. We cannot guarantee that all details are always accurate, complete or error free. Please contact our customer service team if you would like more information about a ticket. Ticket listings are a representation of actual seat location. Tickets may be substituted by Fanpass or replacement sellers with comparable or better seat locations shall the seller fails to provide the tickets ordered.
What happens when an event is Canceled / Postponed?
Cancellation. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, we will remove the event and any listings related to the event from Fanpass. If the Seller requires his Ticket(s) back to obtain a refund of the original purchase price from the promoter or organizer, he must contact Customer Service immediately after the cancellation. The Buyer is required to retain the Ticket(s) and upon request from Fanpass to send them back to either the Seller or to Fanpass (as instructed by us). The Buyer will receive a full refund or credit for use on a future purchase, as determined in Fanpass sole discretion (unless a refund is required by law) once he has sent back the Ticket(s) (if applicable) and the Seller will not be paid. If the Seller has already been paid, the payment for the sale may be recovered by charging the Seller’s Payment Method or by setting off this amount against pending payments for other Tickets the Seller has sold or will sell in the future.
Postponement. If your event has been postponed or rescheduled, this means that it will still happen but on a different day than originally planned. Therefore, your ticket and order remain valid for the new date. If an event is postponed, Fanpass will work with Buyers and Sellers on a case-by-case basis attempting to resolve any Ticket issues. Sellers are prohibited from reselling, invalidating or changing Tickets for postponed events. Refunds will not be issued for postponed events, unless they are ultimately cancelled as stated above.
Can I change the delivery method of my order?
The delivery method varies depending on the type of tickets and the seller. Please note that ticket types are determined by the event organizer and may be subject to change at any time.
If you have purchased paper tickets and need to update your delivery address, please contact us via email. Changes to your delivery details can only be made if possible by the seller and if the tickets have not yet been shipped.
What payment methods are available to purchase a ticket?
Fanpass accepts most major credit cards. The available payment options will be displayed during the checkout process.
What is the total price I will pay?
The total price includes the ticket price, Fanpass handling fees, as well as any applicable taxes. Please note that handling fees will be displayed after selecting your tickets and can be reviewed before entering your payment details.
Different ticket types on Fanpass?
Sellers provide tickets through various delivery methods, depending on how they receive them from the original ticket provider:
- Electronic/Instant Download Tickets: These are PDF tickets that you can print at home. Make sure to download and print them before the event.
- Mobile Transfer Tickets: These tickets are sent to you digitally and can be accessed on a mobile device. You will need an iPhone or Android device to scan them at the venue entrance.
- Paper/Physical Tickets: These are physically shipped to an address you specify (likely in the country event). Please note that delivery to a P.O. box is not available.
Please note that tickets type may change after your purchase depending on event organizer policies.
I cannot see the seat numbers on a Fanpass listing?
You don’t see seat numbers on a Fanpass listing? This might be because the seller didn’t provide them when they listed the tickets for sale.
What is the ‘instant confirmation’ label?
If a listing is labeled as "instant confirmation," it means the seller is not required to manually confirm the sale.
However, this does not imply that the tickets are available for immediate delivery.
How do I sell my tickets?
How to List Your Tickets:
- Find Your Event: Navigate to the ‘Sell Your Ticket’ page and search for the event you wish to list your tickets for. If you cannot find your event, please email us, and we will do our best to make it available.
- Provide Ticket Information: Follow the prompts to input the relevant details about your tickets.
- Review and Confirm: Review your listing carefully. Once confirmed, your tickets will be made available to millions of potential buyers worldwide.
Important Information When Listing Your Tickets:
- Provide Detailed Information: Offer potential buyers as much information as possible about the location of your tickets.
- Seating Tickets: When listing seating tickets in a single ad, they must be seated together.
- Information/Restriction: Any special conditions, such as "child ticket" or "restricted view," must be clearly provided.
- Confirm Sales Promptly: Once we notify you of a sale, please confirm the transaction as soon as possible on your account.
- Send Tickets According to Our Guidelines: Ensure you send the tickets to the buyer in compliance with our specified shipping conditions.
How do I modify my listings?
Go to your user account and click the "Listing" tab.
You will then have the option to amend your listings.
Important : You are not able to modify any information after a sale has been made.
How do I delete my tickets from the platform?
You can delete your listings only if the tickets have not been sold.
To remove your tickets, please go to your "Listing" tab. Then click the delete button to remove your listings.
How to cancel my sale?
Once the tickets have been sold, the sale cannot be canceled, as the buyer expects to receive the tickets they have purchased.
If you are unable to send the tickets you have sold, Fanpass reserves the right to impose a penalty fee to facilitate finding replacement tickets for the buyer.
Can I change the delivery method of my sale?
If you need to modify the delivery method for your sale, please contact us via email for any specific information or assistance. Additionally, we recommend reaching out to your buyer to inform them of the change and ensure they receive their tickets in time for the event.
What is the amount I receive for my sale?
You will receive the price at which you list your tickets. However, please note that we are not responsible for any currency conversion rates or fees applied by your bank.
When will I receive my payment for the sale?
Your payment will be done within 7 to 10 days after the day of the event. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been done.
How will I receive my payment for the sale?
When listing your tickets, you are required to provide valid bank details.
To do this, go to your user account and click on the "Payment" tab. From there, select "Payout Preferences," where you will have the option to add or delete your bank details.
Important: Ensure you set your bank account as default to receive payouts.
Can I change the payment method chosen to receive it?
You may update your payment method at any time through your account. Please note that changes will only apply to upcoming payouts. Once a payout is processed or in transit, it cannot be modified.
How to send my paper tickets?
Once the tickets have been sold, you will be asked to confirm your sales within 24 hours. You will then receive an email asking you to send your tickets. Please follow the instructions in order to send your tickets to your buyer.
Always make sure to confirm your sending information and that your sale(s) are set to ‘delivered’ status.
How to load my E-tickets?
Once the tickets have been sold, you will be asked to confirm your sales within 24 hours. You will then receive an email asking you to load your E-tickets to your buyer. Please follow the instructions in your account ‘Sales’ tab in order to provide your E-tickets.
Always make sure to confirm your pre-upload or upload and that your sale(s) are set to ‘delivered’ status.
How to Transfer my mobile tickets?
Once you generate a sale with Mobile type, you will have access to your buyer's details in order to contact him and to transfer the tickets.
As soon as you are sure that your buyer has received the Mobile tickets and is able to attend the event you will be able to set your sale as 'delivered' by clicking on ‘Confirm Transfer’

Why I cannot list my tickets?
Some events on Fanpass may be restricted, which means sellers need approval before listing tickets.
My listing is published but I can't see it on the website?
Remember that in the eyes of a buyer, the tickets you listed will show a different price on the website (“Final Price”) from the one you indicated at the time you put them for sale (“Desired Price”), when looking for your tickets on our website please bear this in mind.
Also, if the event is approaching, the “Last Minute” Service may be active. During this service, only verified members are allowed to sell.
