The Houston Texans agreed to a multiyear contract with free agent receiver and kick returner Andre' Davis on Thursday, just hours before the start of free agency. The deal was confirmed to The Associated Press by a person familiar with the negotiations who asked not to be identified because it had not yet been announced.
