True True, I was trying to think of another big man to come into the game recently with that type of size. I didn't want to disrespect him and say Manute Bol or anything. Christie should make a difference this year on the defensive side though. I wonder if he'll start and Stackhouse will back him up.
i thought i'd start a new thread here instead of discussing it in a spurs thread:D
i just hope he works out better than bradly, even though bradly didstep up is game the last couple of years, i'm not sure about the stack house thing, i haven't seen much reliable info on the situation

Stack has been a bit of a disappointment in my eyes. When he entered the league, I thought he might be one of those special players like a AI, Kobe, Pierce, etc. But he's never been able to get it done consistantly....plus he does have somewhat of a bad rep. At least you still have Daniels, that kid can play. He needs more minutes though!

i've been a fan of marques since we got him, i just love the way he plays, he has such a distinct style, i don't even know how to describe it, i think there are alot of players around the league that arn't quite sure what to make of him

Yeah, he's a unique combo guard that can guard, penetrate, score, has range, and dish. He's a solid back-up and should be in the running for the sixth man award.

now that baseballs over they should start showing these games locally, then i'll be able to figure out for myself whats going on, i really feel a little in the dark at this point, there just hasn't been alot of mav talk going on which is wierd
