Football team values rose an average of 12% during the past year to $819 million. There's much more growth ahead this decade. The new national TV deals that begin in 2006 will pay $3.7 billion annually, 53% more than the current pacts. Also, the Cardinals, Cowboys and Giants will have much richer stadium deals.
