With Troy Smith winning the Heisman and showing more poise as a leader for the Buckeyes, how come Brady Quinn is much ranking higher in EVERY mock draft?

i think because brady is considered a much better pro prospect.charlie ward was a great college qb but ended up the knicks point guard.smith is listed at 6 ft but people claim he is shorter.smith will drop until the late 1st round but i think he is worth a gamble.the guy is a winner and makes things happen.
