View Full Version : Labarbera should start DiehardRaider 10-27-2005, 07:15 AM Jason Labarbera is having a monster season so far - TSN has him ranked as the #1 goalie in the NHL! (http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/feature/?fid=10466&hubname=) We haven't lost a game with him in goal, and his GAA is a sterling 1.40, compared to Mathieu Garon's 3.19. I hope we make Labarbera our primary goaltender instead of splitting the games 50/50 between the 2. ginja_ninja3695 10-27-2005, 01:37 PM 3.19 GAA is not playoff material. assuming we make the playoffs we can't split time between goalies because, in the playoffs, goalies have to be comfortable against the teams and know how their players shoot etc. if u throw a new guy in and he isn't comfortable against that team then you will be heading for the exit door pretty quick. tormentor666 10-27-2005, 01:49 PM i agree. this dude is solid between the pipes.
