I'll be leaving work in 1 hour.....if the USA can beat the Czech's in this game the WC will have to recognize us as a threat....

Ouch! What a terrible start for the US. They were outplayed in every area of the game. They did not generate enough energy to even challenge the Czechs.
The second goal by Rosicky was lights out :eek:
Not many expected the US o win but, they should be hanging their heads on how they played. We will see what kind of team we have with how the respond against the Italians.

Well that game sucked, I see us giving up about five goals to Italy if that type of play continues.

It was terrible. The players played with no energy, lack of desire and went backwards with the ball more than forward. Donovan and McBeasley were awful.
My biggest complaint is with coach Arena. What the was he thinking? He used basically 1 forward and refused to attack until the last part of the game...if even that can be called attacking.
The US team should be embarassed.
