One description of Musselman's drive and attention in circulation Friday: "He's Jon Gruden without the scowl."

In all fairness, he was had his chances, 8 years is a long time for any coach, and for not to come up with the title is good enough reason.
Onside to that his 6 man rotation with a team with 8 deep in talent was frustrating, never lead with voice, and never said defense first....

Only eight teams at max could win in those 8 years. The kings were starting to look sexy and looked great for next year. No reason. It took Coack K five years to get Duke up and running! And im sure Duke is happy the didnt fire him!

I was sad to see Adeleman go cause basically he was here to turn things around. What I dont like is the hireing of Mussleman.. I mean the guy did absolutely nothing in Golden State (in all fairness who can?) but I wasnt really impressed by him then and don't see him being any diffrent here. There have been a few ? moves the last few years by the Kings, and I am starting to wonder if the Bros are more intrested in making news than winning the Title..

actually he had the #1 and 2 offense in his only two years there and he didnt have the backing of his GM and owner. he also had them winning alot of games.
the kings will go far this season.
